An Australian store has sold its sixth winning lottery ticket in 18 months
The retail store Goldfields Lotterywest, often referred to as the "luckiest store in Western Australia", has struck gold once again.
On Monday, another customer of the store won one million Australian dollars. It all began in May of last year when a "hard-working local" purchased a ticket at the Goldfields Lotterywest store and won their first million.

In October of the same year, one of the store's visitors received their share of 53 million from a 160 million jackpot, which was split among three lucky winners nationwide. The 53 million was won by a syndicate of miners from Kalgoorlie-Boulder. Nineteen people collectively contributed to one ticket, which turned out to be their lucky one.
Then, in November 2022, the store produced another millionaire, and in February of this year, the story repeated itself. It was at that time that Michael Seville, owner of the Boulder Newsagency and Lotto, told the Kalgoorlie Miner newspaper that he was "amazed" by the success of his store, which, in his opinion, is the "luckiest store in Western Australia".
